• Friday, 7 June 2023 - Registration and weigh in. All athletes must attend to compete.
• Saturday, 8 June 2023 - Day 1
• Sunday, 9 June 2023 - Day 2

How to Qualify

Every WFF affiliated country will host a qualifier for the WFF World Championship in order to select their national teams.

Competitors from countries that are not affiliated with WFF are invited to apply directly to WFF International to join the muscle tour.
